Bridgette Danielle Glass was born in Alameda, California on May 31, 1987. She is the daughter of George and Connie. Bridgette has one older sister, Brittany, and a younger brother, Jordan. She trained at Golden Gate Gymnastics during her club career. Before Golden Gate, Bridgette trained at Alameda Gymnastics and Delta Gymnastics.
